Damaged Products & Returns of Polish Pottery Plus

We are determined to give you the best possible service.


If your items arrive broken:

  • Please contact us immediately by phone (860) 217-0011 or e-mail jimnmolly@yahoo.com.
  • Please keep the box, packing material, and the broken item(s).
  • In most cases we will arrange to have the original package and the broken item(s) picked up by the carrier who delivered it.
  • We will need the tracking number and the item number(s) of the broken piece(s).
  • No claims will be accepted by Polish Pottery Plus after 5 business days from date of receipt of goods


Your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you wish to return an item:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of delivery and let us know what items you would like to return.
  • We will issue a return authorization.
  • Pack the pottery well, and send it back to us.
  • If we receive it in re-sellable condition, with all the tags still on each item, we will gladly refund your purchase price.
  • You will be responsible for the shipping costs, unless the wrong item was shipped.
